Welcome Team
Our welcome & integration team are there to make sure everyone that comes through our doors feels at home and gets the opportunity to meet new friends and get plugged into relevant church activities.

Worship
Our worship team leads the church in sung worship every week at our services. We welcome band members of a variety of musical styles and experience levels who are passionate about praising God.

Tech Team
Our tech team serves us week-in-week-out by running audio/visual that makes our services possible as well as live streaming services so that members and guests can join us from around the world.

Food & Fellowship
Our food & fellowship team provide us with so many opportunities to meet and build strong relationships with each other - whether its over tea and coffee after services or at our whole church lunches.

Visiting Team
Our Visiting Team look out for the specific needs of individual church members and try to make sure that we are doing everything we can to support and care for every single person that comes into the church.

Evangelism Team
Sharing the Good News about Jesus is paramount to our Christian walk and a foremost pillar of our church. Our evangelism team helps to empower the church in reaching out to our friends and local community.

Children's Ministry
We have a vibrant children’s ministry at BEC, from babies to pre-schoolers to primary school ages. This is an amazing opportunity to be able to introduce our kids to the love of Jesus during these formative years.

Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry is a place for teens to make friends and socialise while growing deeper in their faith as they study the Bible together. Our youth leaders are there for our young people as they learn to navigate the modern world.

Finance
As a charity, our church needs to be prudent with the finances God a provided. Our Finance team will oversee salaries and steward financial gifts, among other duties.

Communications
Do you have a passion for communicating? Experience in fundraising? What about running events? This team communicates the church’s mission and events internally and externally.

Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry Steering Group support and advise Kaete in planning Women@BEC activities and the overall direction of women’s ministry at Bruntsfield.

This Steering Group will work to plan and run events in our church that will disciple and grow men in their faith and encourage them in their walk with the Lord.

Building Team
We have a team of dedicated volunteers who help look after the building God has provided us. Could you play an active part in keeping BEC’s building in working condition?

Coffee @ Bruntsfield
Coffee @ Bruntsfield is a twice-a-month gathering on a Friday afternoon for hot drinks, cake and a short talk. We need people to join the committee and help organise this.

Foodbank+
Foodbank + operates on Friday mornings between 10am and 12:30pm, providing food and toiletries to guests who require basic amenities. It is such a privilege to serve our community in this way.
